Technology Incubation and Development of Entrepreneurs (TIDE 2.0), is a Government of India initiative that aims to foster the growth of technology entrepreneurship. It provides support to incubators and startups leveraging emerging technologies such as IoT, AI, Blockchain, and Robotics. The primary goal of TIDE 2.0 is to empower selected incubators and assist approximately 2000 tech startups. To facilitate collaboration and resource-sharing among various innovation centers, the initiative establishes the MeitY Startup Hub. TIDE 2.0 specifically focuses on addressing societal challenges in thematic areas that align with national priorities. By creating a comprehensive ecosystem for technology startups, its objective is to nurture technological solutions for societal needs.
